Riverside Sound Bath

Take a peaceful 1.5 to 2-hour float down the Jackson River, starting at Petticoat Junction and ending at Alleghany Outdoors in Intervale. Once you return to Intervale, unwind further with the calming and meditative experience of sound bathing.

The Sound Bath experience to be led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. Greg Burns is an artist and owner of Metta Vibrations where he practices the Healing Art of Sound. Traveling throughout the mid-Atlantic region Greg provides public meditation and sound healing classes, as well as private therapeutic sessions. His art is designed to help foster wellness and personal transformation for the individual. Greg has been providing these services for almost 10 years after working in a therapy hospital for 15 years, helping him develop a broad understanding of wellness.
