8:30 – 9:00 orientation and meet & greet with campers and counselors.
9:00 – 9:30 – learn to load boats on trailer securely
9:30 – 10:00 – Shuttle to Lake Moomaw
10:00 – 10:30 – Land based instruction
10:30 – 12:00 – on water instruction
12:00 – 12:30 – Lunch
12:30 – 4:30 – Group Kayak
4:30 – 5:00 – Load boats and shuttle back
5:30 – 6:00 – Pick-up time -
8:30 – 9:00 – Check in
9:00 – 10:00 – land based instruction
10:00 – 11:00 – on water-based instruction
11:00 – 12:00 – Load boats
12:00 – 12:30 – Lunch on the back deck
12:30 – 1:00 – Read the river instructions
1:00 – 5:00 – Kayak with instruction 4 or 6.5 miles
5:00 – 5:30 – Load Boats

9:00- 9:30 – Safety briefing and instructions
9:30 – 10:00 – Shuttle to Johnson Springs
10:00 – 12:00 – Kayak to Smith Bridge for riverside lunch
12:00 – 12:30 – lunch
12:30 – 5:00 – Kayak from Smith Bridge to Intervale
5:00 – 5:30 – load boats
5:30 – 6:00 – Pick-up time -
8:30 – 9:00 – Arrival
9:00 – 10:00 – Safety briefing and gear check
10:00 – 10:30- shuttle to hike
11:00- 4:30 – Hike
4:30 – 5:30 – shuttle time
5:30 – 6:00 – Pick-Up time -
8:30 – 9:00 – Arrival
9:00 – 11:00 – Orientation to biking, fitting bikes/helmets, safety briefing.
11:00 – 11:30 – load bikes and shuttle to Cedar Creek Trailhead
11:30 to 12:00 – Lunch at Cedar Creek Pavilion
12:00 – 4:00 – Bike back to Intervale with possible swim and ice cream stop on the way.
4:00 – 6:00 – 2-mile tube trip. parents you may join your campers on the tube trip if you wish. 2 persons above the age of 6 free. Regular price for any additional participants .
