Take a shuttle from mile marker zero at the Intervale trail head to Cedar Creek trailhead at mile marker 16. From there you will ride back to mile marker zero, where your vehicle will be located.
The ride begins in the Cedar Creek valley with the beautiful Cedar Creek cutting through steep hillsides and geological wonders abound. This has a slight downhill gradient to it for the first 2 to 2.5 miles.
Cedar Creek will soon flow into the gorgeous Jackson River, and you will begin your journey with the larger river cutting through the valley. You will be surrounded with towering mountains, deep green and blue hues of the river, 300′ cliffs, a couple older bridges steel and swinging, as well as a couple of places to grab a bite.
